1. Service Description

Mynted provides AI-powered image generation services through Discord. By using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Credits and Billing

Credits are purchased on a subscription basis. One credit equals one generated image. Unused credits roll over to the next billing period. Subscriptions will auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Whop account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mynted to generate content that is:

Illegal or violates applicable laws
Harmful, threatening, or harassing to any person
Violates third-party intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
Infringes on copyright, trademark, or patent rights

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images generated using your prompts. Mynted retains rights to the underlying technology, service, and algorithms. You grant Mynted a non-exclusive license to use your prompts and generated images to improve our service and models.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mynted is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Mynted at any time. We will notify users of material changes.

7. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time and will not be charged for future billing periods.
